Email log
When an e-mail is sent from the learningBOX to the owner Admin or users, the date and time of the transmission will be automatically recorded in a list.
Required
Management role of Admin or Co-admin
View logs
01. Go to Email log
Go to "Notifications" on the side menu > "Email log"
The following page will be displayed.

The items displayed are as follows:
- Transmission date: The date and time when the e-mail was sent.
- Sender ID: ID of the sender of the e-mail.
- Recipient ID: The ID of the email recipient.
- TO: The email address of the recipient.
When you click the + icon, the the following items will be displayed.
- Subject: Subject of email.
- Status: The status of the email sent.
02. Search
You can search the email logs at the top of the page.
The following items are available:
▼Filters
You can specify what to search for in the search bar.
Tick the items you wish to search.
▼Transmission date
You can specify the date and time by clicking on the start or end date.
▼ Search
You can search by entering keywords related to the items specified in the Filters.
▼Delivery status
You can search by the status of the sent emails.
Tick the box(es) from the list.
