background processing
Instead of executing the task on the screen where the customer is operating, processing is done behind the scenes (in the background) so that the customer can use the system without stopping to operate it.
The status and history of various processes executed in the background can be viewed on the "Background Processing" screen.
The tasks to be executed are as follows
- Course/folder/content duplication (if quantity exceeds certain criteria)
- Generator updates
- Batch score correction
- AI Grading
- Batch User Registration
Required
Group management editing privileges, content management editing privileges, grade management editing privileges
Steps
01. Open Background Processing Screen
Click on "Background Processing" in the side menu.
02. List
The following screen will appear.
Here, you can check the history of background processes, such as execution waiting/interrupted/completed, at a glance.
You can also use the search field at the top of the screen to narrow down what you see.
The "Search Target/Search Details" will appear only on the owner-administrator's screen.
The user's screen will show only the processes he/she has executed.
03. CSV Export
The contents of the display can be downloaded from the "CSV Export" button.
