Creating problems in Excel

Learn how to create questions using spreadsheet software such as Microsoft Excel or Google Spreadsheet.

creation procedure

01. First of all

In the first line of column A, enter "#format:table".
*Please note that if you do not describe it, it will not work correctly.

02. Enter option values

To set option values, enter them on the second and subsequent lines of column A.
This one is also always written after "#".
Please enter one option per line.
*For more information about option values, see List of options.

03. Problem Creation

Then, in the lines below the option values, enter the question text, correct/incorrect answers, etc.
Please refer to the image below and enter the information.

To set multiple questions, enter one question on each line.

When you have finished creating the problem, save the file.
