Change content order

Manage content overview

You can change course/folder/content order.
Drag and drop the content where you want to place it.

If you wish to rearrange the order on the same level, please move them to the desired location so that they do not overlap with others.

Select Move/Cancel on the popup window.

Contents

Course

To change course order on the Manage content, make sure not to overlap another course.

To move a course into another course, drag and drop it so that it overlaps the course.
*A course will be automatically changed to a folder when you move it into another course.

Folder

To change folder order within a course, drag and drop the folder not to overlap another folder.

To move a folder into another folder, drag and drop it so that it overlaps the folder.

To move a folder into another course, drag and drop it using the course structure on the right side of the screen.

To move a folder to the top of the content structure, drag and drop it on the folder icon.
*The folder will automatically be changed to a course.

Content

Drag and drop a content where you want to place it to change content order within a course/folder.

You can move content to another folder as shown blow.

Also, content can be moved to another course.

Note

Content cannot be placed on the top of the course structure.
Selective content cannot be moved.
Content specified in the prerequisites cannot be out of the condition.
Delivered courses cannot be moved to lower level of the course structure.
Shortcuts cannot be moved to delivered courses
Courses to which course size limits are set cannot be moved.
Folders/content cannot be moved to another course when the course size limits exceed.
Courses which contain shortcuts cannot be moved from the top of the course structure.
Shortcut course cannot be moved from the top of the course structure.
Shortcut folder cannot be moved to the top of the course structure.
Shortcut folder cannot be moved to the same folder/lower level of the course structure.
Courses/folders included in the product cannot be moved.
