Simultaneous login limit settings
The number of browsers that can log in at the same time under the same account can be set for the entire environment or for a group.
You can also set whether or not to allow new logins when the number of simultaneous logins allowed is reached.
In the side menu, click on the ▼ icon on "System Settings" > "Security Settings"

Number of simultaneous logins allowed
You can set the number of browsers allowed to log in to the same account at the same time in the entire environment.
Select one from the list.

The setting in "Number of simultaneous logins by group" takes precedence.
Number of simultaneous logins allowed by group
The number of simultaneous logins can be set individually for each group.
Click on "+Add Number of Simultaneous Logins Allowed by Group.

The following window will be displayed.
From the pull-down menu, select the group and the number of simultaneous logins allowed, respectively, and click "Add".

Once the settings are added, they will appear as follows
Contents can be edited from the pencil icon and deleted from the trash icon.
To add more settings, please operate from "+Add Number of Simultaneous Logins Allowed by Group".

Cannot be set for archived groups.
If a user belongs to more than one group, the setting of the group with the lowest number of simultaneous logins is applied.
In a hierarchical group, if simultaneous login restrictions are set only for the upper level group, they will also apply to the lower level group.
Login from a new browser when the limit is reached
You can set whether or not to allow new logins when the configured number of simultaneous logins is reached.
When set to ▼ prohibited
When I try to log in, the following message appears and I cannot log in.

▼ If set to Allow (automatic logout from the browser with the oldest login)
When you first open your logged-in browser, the following will be displayed and you will be automatically logged out.
