Add contract for a specific period of time

You can temporarily add accounts in the middle of the contract term of a paid plan.
This allows owner admins to add additional accounts without waiting for the end date of a paid plan contract.
*The contracts based on spot accounts are hereinafter referred to as "spot contracts" and the existing contracts that are not spot accounts are referred to as "original contracts" or "main contracts".

Note

Please note the following when placing an additional spot contracts:

1. Only accounts (number of people) can be added for a spot contract.
2. The contract period for a spot contract is in increments of one month.
3. Spot contracts cannot be made for a period of time that exceeds the end date of the main contract.
4. The billing amount is calculated as (monthly unit price of license for main contract) x (number of contract months)
5. You can order a new spot contract to overlap an existing spot contract term.
6. Multiple additional spot orders can be placed within the main contract period
7. After the end of the spot contract period, if the number of registered accounts in the main contract has been exceeded, users registered during the spot contract period will be deactivated and registered in the "Auto deactivation" group
8. Additional spot contracts cannot be placed during the period before transferring from a free plan to a paid plan. In addition, if you are transferring to a free plan after your paid plan ends, you cannot place an additional spot contract beyond the end date of your paid plan contract.

Examples

01. When a spot contract is placed

Main contract: Starter 100 ⇒ To make Starter 200 for only one month within the contract period (add 100 accounts)
Amount billed: Starter 100 (1 month) = USD50

02. When multiple spot contracts are placed

*1 New additional spot contracts that overlap with existing spot contract periods are also available.
*2 Additional license contracts for the main contract can be ordered even if they overlap with existing spot contract periods.

03. When spot contracts cannot be placed

*1 Additional spot contracts cannot be placed for the period prior to the start of a paid plan contract.
*2 If you do not continue to renew your subscription (return to a free plan) after the end of your paid plan contract, you cannot place a spot contract beyond the end date of your paid plan contract.

04. After the end of the spot contract

e.g.) If 100 accounts are added with an additional spot contract during the main contract period of Starter 100

When the spot contract expires, the account will revert to the Starter 100 main contract, so the maximum number of accounts will be 100.
Therefore, the 100 accounts added after the spot contract will be invalidated and you will not be able to log in.

How to place additional spot contracts

01. Open the "Add Spot Order" screen.

At the top of the screen, select "Paid Plan Order > Add Spot".

02. Settings

Set the "Desired number of accounts to add spots / Start date of adding spots / Duration of adding spots".
After completing the settings, tick the "I agree to the Terms of Use" box and click "Go to Payment Procedures".

03. Settlement Procedure

After completing the order setup, proceed to the "Payment Procedure" screen.
After confirming the contents, please select a payment method and proceed to the payment procedure.
The rest is the same as a normal web order.

04. Finalize payment method

Once the payment method is confirmed, the "Procedure Completed" screen will appear.
