You can view the usage status of all data registered in learningBOX in one place.

01. Open the Status of use
In the side menu, select "Manage my plan" > "Status Of Use."
02. What is displayed
The page is divided into three main sections.
▼ Accounts in Use
This section shows how many users are registered, broken down by status.
Using the example below: the display reads "13/100 accounts registered (13%)" with "Active: 13, Temporarily suspended: 0."
This means a maximum of 100 users can be registered in total, 13 users are currently registered with Active status.
Note that users with an Invalid status are not counted or displayed in the accounts in use total.

Clicking Go to Manage users on the right opens the Manage users screen.
▼ Storage
This section shows the storage usage for each of the following four areas: Contents / Media / Grades / Messages.
・Content
The total data size of content created in Manage contents.
・Media
The total data size of image, video, audio, and other files registered in Manage media.
・Results
The total data size of files attached to report assignments.
・Messages
The total data size of files attached to messages.
▼AI Assist (Beta)
AI Assist allowance has been used, broken down by feature: Quiz/flashcard generation, Report analysis, and Course auto-generation.
Usage is shown as both a count and a percentage of the total available uses.
