About the setting screen<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

01. Go to the Manage contents<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Select Manage contents on the side menu.
Right-click on the content in question, or select the gear icon > \"Course Due Date\".<\/p>\n\n\n\n

02. Settings<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The following page will be displayed.
It can be configured on a group\/user basis and is divided into two tabs, \"Group\/User\".
Settings made on a per-user basis take precedence over settings made on a per-group basis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Group Tab<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Can be set on a group basis.
Here you will see a list of target groups for content assignment privileges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To show or hide the hierarchy, click the \"Expand All\" or \"Collapse All\" in the upper-left corner of the screen.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

If a group has a hierarchical structure and only the lower level group is authorized, the parent group also appears in the list, but editing operations are not allowed.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

01. Set the course deadline<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

There are two ways to set course deadlines: individually or in batches.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Course deadlines can be set for individual groups.
Click on \"Edit\" for the target group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The following pop-up window will appear.
Save the settings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Recommended course date and time: After the set date and time, the number of days remaining until the due date and time will be displayed in color to encourage attendance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Due date and time: You can set a due date for the content.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    A common due date can be set for multiple groups.
    Tick the checkbox to the left of the target group, and select \"Collective action on selected items\" > \"Edit course deadlines at once\".
    A pop-up window will appear as in the individual operations, so please set each item.

    02. Edit Course Due Date<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    You can edit the course due date you have set.
    This is the same as \"01. Setting of Course Due Date\", please refer to this section.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    03. Deletion of Course Due Date<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    You can delete the set due date.
    There are two ways to do this as well: individually or in batches.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Click on \"Remove Due Date\" for the target group and delete it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    04. Narrowing down<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    You can narrow down the groups to be displayed based on the following two items.
    To remove the filter, click on \"Remove Criteria\".<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Select the group you wish to view from the list.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \u25bc Due date and time<\/strong>
    You can choose from the following three options<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Show only unset due dates<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Set a deadline that exists for any period of time (specify a period of time from the calendar)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
