The following is an explanation of the process for learners to attend the training.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What is the Training feature?<\/b>
Multiple courses can be combined to build a single training program.
This allows learners to select and reserve training courses from the list, and take it within the specified period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Training Reservations<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

01. Open the training list screen<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

On the side menu, select \"Find Training\".<\/p>\n\n\n\n

02. Training Selection<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Select the desired one on the Training List screen.
The search field at the top of the screen can be used to narrow down the display.
Click on \"+Add condition.\"Basic settings<\/a>The items selected in \"Search Settings\" in \"Search Settings\" can be used as search criteria.
You can also click on \"Search by Category\" to search by the category you have set for the training.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

03. Open the training details screen.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

On the Training List screen, click \"View Details\" for the desired training.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

04. Reservation<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Click on the \"Reservation\" button to make a reservation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When you make a reservation, \"Course application in progress\" will be displayed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once your reservation is approved, you can take the training by clicking the \"Learn\" button on the training details screen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you have set automatic approval for an appointment, you can start learning immediately.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
