\"Manage content\" is where you create and assign content.
This page provides an overview of the Manage content features.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Create content<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

First, create a course folder, and all content will be created within this course.
Courses: Courses can be created from the \"+Create New Course\" button on the TOP screen of Content Management.
Content: Can be created from the \"+ Create New\" button on the hierarchy screen in the course.

Advanced settings<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Apply settings for the content you have created.
The contents to be set include a description and thumbnail image that introduce the content, the number of times the course can be taken, and the duration of the course.

Assign content<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

After content creation, assign the content to users.
All users, groups and individuals are selectable.

Change content order<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

You can change order of courses, folders or content.

Storage Usage<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Storage usage for the entire content management and data capacity for each course\/content can be checked.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Total data storage within the Manage content<\/span><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

It appears in the upper right corner of the Manage contents.
*You must have one of the following permissions.
