You can create writing assignments using this function.
Learners can submit the assignment by entering text or uploading files.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Create report assignment<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

01. Create a course<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

First, create a course in the Manage contents<\/b>.
*For details on course creation, refer to\u00a0Course\/Folder<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

02. Open the creation form<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Click on the course you created.
In the upper-left corner of the page, select \"+ Create new\" > \"Content\" > \"Report assignment.\"<\/p>\n\n\n\n

03. Title<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Enter a title.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Enter the question text for the report assignment.
The font size\/color, and more options are available.

STEP1: Click on the image icon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

STEP3: Drag and drop the file you want to insert.

The following three grading methods are selectable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Manual<\/strong>
A grade manager manually grades the submissions, determines pass\/fail, and returns the results to the learner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Manula & AI report analysis<\/strong>
The AI assists grading the submissions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. AI<\/strong>
AI automatically grades the submissions, determines pass\/fail, and returns the results to the learner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When you select \"Manual + AI report analysis\" or \"AI,\"
you must select \"Text only\" in the Grading section.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

\u25bc Evaluation method<\/strong>
The following two evaluation methods are selectable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Similarity with model answer<\/strong>
Based on the model answer you enter in advance, AI will analyze the degree of similarity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Rubrics<\/strong>
Rubrics are a grading method that uses a table with evaluation criteria (rubric titles) arranged on the vertical axis and levels of achievement on the horizontal axis, defining assessment standards for measuring learning outcomes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25bcPassing score<\/strong>
You can set a passing score for the report assignment.
Note that only integers between 0 and 1000 can be set.
*If you select \"AI\" in the grading section, passing score is required to set.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 AI report analysis<\/span><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

AI analyzes the submitted answer and assists in grading.
When you tick \"Analyze when submitted,\" AI will analyze the submitted report assignment after the submission.
When un-ticked, AI will start analyzing the submission by clicking the Analyze the report assignment button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Model answer<\/span><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

\u25bc Language<\/strong>
You can select a language from Japanese, English or Vietnamese.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25bc Model answer<\/strong>
Enter a model answer so that AI can analyze the submitted answer.
*Only text can be set as a model answer.
The maximum number of characters that can be entered is 3,000, and no white spaces are allowed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can preview the analyzed feedback.
Enter content in the See how AI analyzes field and click Preview.

Rubrics<\/span><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

You can set up each item to be used in the rubrics.

Enter the name of the evaluation criterion (within 60 characters).
*Duplicate criterion names are not permitted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Enter a description of the criterion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25bc Levels of achievement<\/strong>
Configure the following items:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Enter the score for each level of the criterion (between 0 and 100).
2. Enter the name of the level (within 20 characters).
3. Criteria: Enter the assessment criteria for each level of the criterion (within 200 characters).
4.\ufe19: Duplicate or delete individual levels.
5. +Add: Add a level (between 2 and 5 levels).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Clicking the \ufe19 icon in the upper-right corner of each criterion displays the following menu:

\u30fbMove up: Moves the criterion one position up
\u30fbMove down: Moves the criterion one position down
\u30fbDelete: Deletes the criterion<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Add a criterion (up to 10 criteria).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Click on \"Generate rubrics with AI\" and the following pop-up window will be displayed.
Configure the rubric theme and the number of rubric titles and levels of achievement, then click Generate.
AI will automatically generate rubric evaluation based on the configured settings.
*The rubric theme must be entered within 2,000 characters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Select Manage contents<\/b> in the side menu.
Right-click on the target report assignment, or click the \ufe19 icon and select Edit report assignment.
