After a learner submits a quiz\/exam, Grade managers can change the correct answer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How to set<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

First, configure the settings for the target content on the content management screen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Management role of Content manager (Edit)<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

01. Go to Manage content<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Select Manage contents on the side menu.
Create a quiz\/exam.
Next, right-click on the content in question or select the \"\ufe19\" icon > \"Score Modification Settings\".<\/p>\n\n\n\n

02. Permission to correct scores<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Turn the toggle key on to correct answer of the submitted content.
Save the settings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • \"Normal Mode\" must be selected in the options of the quiz\/exam.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Once an answer has been edited, \"Answer corrected\" will be marked even when you change it to the original answer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • When content with prerequisites is modified, learners are required to select the modified content again to meet the condition.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

    01. Go to Manage grades<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Go to the Manage grades and select the \"List\" tab.
    Click on \"Amend\" in the quiz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    02. Correct answer<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Use the \"\uff1c\" or \"\uff1e\" icons to move between questions.
    Select the answer to amend.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    03. When the answer is edited<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The following is the user interface.
    When the Detail is clicked, the question is marked as \"There are modifed scores.\"

    \u2003<\/span><\/span><\/span>Acquired badge<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Once a badge is given, it will not be removed even when the content no longer meets the requirements to acquire the badge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Batch modification<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    Score data can be modified in batch with a CSV file.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    01. Go to the By content tab<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Go to the \"By Content\" tab on the Manage grades and select the content of which you want to edit the correct answer.
    *It can also be accessed from \"Grading and Analysis\" > \"By Content\" in the side menu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    02. Download CSV file<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Click on the \"ANSWER DETAILS\" tab and select \"Batch correction of scores\" > \"CSV download correction\" in the upper right corner of the page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    03. Editing CSV<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Open the downloaded CSV and enter numerical values in Column J \"Correction (Error)\" and Column K \"Score (Correction)\".
    *Refer to the following rules on how to enter the value.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

     <\/span>0: Incorrect<\/td>-<\/td>Points will be zero.<\/td><\/tr>
    1: Correct<\/td>-<\/td>The max points will be marked.<\/td><\/tr>
    2: Partial points<\/td>Enter an integer which is less than the max points<\/td>Values outside the range cannot be registered.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

    04. Batch score correction<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Click on the ANSWER DETAILS tab > Batch correction of scores > Batch correction<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Upload a modified CSV file.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Once the CSV file has been imported, click on \"Batch Modification\" in the upper right corner of the screen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    05. Check modification history<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    When the upload is complete, the following pop-up window will be displayed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
