You can award badges to learners automatically when they pass an exam or complete specific content.
This page explains how to create, update, or delete badges, as well as how to view a list of acquired badges.
To access these settings, navigate to Environment settings<\/b> in the side menu \uff1e Manage badges<\/b>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Badges<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

This section describes how to create new badges, update or delete existing ones, and monitor their status.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Add badge<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

01. Go to Manage badges<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Click the \"+\" icon in the upper-left corner of the screen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

02. Fill in the form<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Configure each item as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Enter a unique identification code<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can upload distinct images to reflect different stages of a learner's completion rate.
Click Choose File<\/b> to upload images for each progress tier.
To clear your uploads, click the Batch deleting<\/b> button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Progress is tied directly to the completion rate of a course or folder.
The badge design changes dynamically based on the learner's progress:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Completion rate (X = 0%)<\/strong>
The learner has not started. No badge is displayed or awarded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Completion rate (0% < X < 100%)<\/strong>
The learner is currently in progress. The designated \"in-progress\" badge image is displayed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The learner has fully completed the material. \n
The final completion badge is awarded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you attach a badge to an individual content rather than a folder\/course, the badge is only awarded when the user officially \"passes\" or \"completes\" it.
Because standalone content does not have a partial progress state, the badge design for $0% \uff1c X \uff1c 100% will not be utilized for the In progress<\/b> status.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

\u25bcContent category<\/strong>
You can assign badges based on custom content categories.
*To use this option, you must create content categories first.
Select Manage content<\/b> in the side menu \uff1e Manage content categories<\/b> \uff1e Click Add category<\/b>.
You can assign multiple categories to a single badge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once all settings are complete, click Add<\/b>.
The new badge will appear in your list.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Update badge<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

01. Update badge<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Click the gear icon next to the badge you wish to modify.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

02. Edit items<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Edit the necessary information and click Update<\/b>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Delete badge<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

01. Trash can icon<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Click the red trash can icon next to the badge you want to remove.
Click Delete<\/b> to confirm.
*You cannot delete a badge if it has already been acquired by learners.
For more details, refer to Acquired badges<\/a>.
*Deleting a badge will automatically remove it from any learning content it was previously attached to.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Selected content<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

This shows you exactly which courses or folders are currently linked to a badge.
Click the displayed number next to a badge to view a detailed breakdown of its assigned content.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Issued badges<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Track how many users have acquired a specific badge.
If a badge has been issued, clicking the counter number will automatically open the Acquired badges<\/a> tab with a detailed list of those learners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sort badges<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

You can customize the display order of your badges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

01. Pop-up window<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Click Sort badges<\/b>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

02. Sort<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the pop-up window, drag and drop the badges into your preferred order.
Click Save<\/b> to finalize.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Acquired badges<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Badges acquired by users are displayed in a list.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Other settings<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Default badge image<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

You can replace the platform's default images with your own custom designs.
Select either Change<\/b> or No change<\/b>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you select Change<\/b>, you can map new default images to each progress tier.
Drag and drop your image files or upload them via Choose File<\/b>.
Click Delete<\/b> to remove them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
