Register users in bulk<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Create CSV<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

01. Go to the Manage users<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Select the +<\/b> icon in Manage users<\/b> > Batch operation (CSV)<\/b> > Batch user registration\/update<\/b><\/p>\n\n\n\n

02. Download CSV<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Click Download CSV<\/b> to get the template for entering user information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Edit CSV<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Edit the downloaded CSV file.

Upload CSV<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Upload the edited CSV file to apply the changes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

01.Select file<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Click Batch user registration\/update<\/b>.
Drag and drop your edited CSV file into the designated gray area, or click Choose File<\/b> to select it from your device.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

02. Upload<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

If the CSV file contains errors, an error message will be displayed.
To return to the previous page or try again, click Back to batch user registration\/update<\/b> or Re-upload<\/b>.
If the file is valid, click Execute registration<\/b>.
*Tick Show only errors<\/b> to filter and view only the rows that need fixing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The following window will appear.
Send invitation emails to new registered users<\/b>: Tick the box to automatically invite your users.
Customize emails<\/b>: Select a pre-made email template from the dropdown list. You can customize the text by clicking Edit<\/b>.
Schedule delivery<\/b>: Click Send at<\/b> to schedule a specific date and time for the invitation emails.

Once you have finalized your preferences, click Execute<\/b>.
The registration process will vary depending on the number of users you are uploading.
\u30fb100 users or fewer: Processed immediately.
\u30fb101 users or more: Runs in the background.

*You can track the progress in the panel at the bottom-left corner of the screen or by navigating to Background processing<\/b> in the side menu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you have configured the system not to use login IDs in the Input field settings<\/b>, leave the Login ID<\/b> column blank and enter the email address in the Email address<\/b> column in your CSV file.

\u2003<\/span><\/span><\/span>Data restrictions<\/span><\/strong> <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

When registering users via CSV, any values entered in the First login<\/b>, Last login<\/b>, Registered<\/b>, or Updated<\/b> columns will be ignored by the system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Update users in bulk<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

You can update the profile information of existing users in bulk.
The process is as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Download user data<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Edit CSV file<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Upload CSV<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    You cannot change user login IDs via bulk CSV updates.
    To change a login ID, you must\u00a0edit the user individually via the\u00a0    \u00a0Edit user<\/a> page.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

    Download user data<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    Download your current user database in bulk.
    *For more details, refer to     Download user data<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Edit CSV<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    Your entire user list will download as a CSV file.
    Edit the required fields and save the file.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Upload CSV<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    01.Select file<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Click Batch user registration\/update<\/b>.
    Drag and drop your edited CSV file into the designated gray area, or click Choose File<\/b> to select it from your device.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
