01. Go to Manage users<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Click on the gear icon > \"Sort groups\"<\/p>\n\n\n\n

02. Select Manual and Automatic<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Select either \"Set manually\" or \"Automatic sorting.\"<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Drag and drop a group to sort a group.
Click Save<\/b> to finalize.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Groups cannot be moved between groups or across hierarchies<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Groups in the lower level can only be sorted at the same level within the group to which they belong<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

    \u2003<\/span><\/span><\/span>Automatic sorting<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Select the criteria for sorting and whether the order should be ascending or descending.
    Items can be selected from the following three options.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Group ID<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Group name<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Group code<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
