Go to the profile page<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the upper right corner of the screen, click on Account Name &gt; \"Change Profile\".<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><span class=\"swl-fz u-fz-l\">02. Go to Manage notifications<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the side menu, click on Notifications &gt; Manage Notifications<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><span class=\"swl-fz u-fz-l\">02. Create new<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Click on \"Create\" in the upper right corner of the page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/learningbox.online\/wp-content\/uploads\/how-to-use\/management\/en\/en_news_email_individual05.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><span class=\"swl-fz u-fz-l\">03. Settings<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When you want to notify users as important, tick the box next to \"Notify this email as important.\"<br>*Tick \"Send email notification\" to activate Noify this email as important.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u25bcWhen you select Notify this email as important<\/strong><br>Notification emails will be sent regardless of the settings by users.<br>Also, the sentence, \"*This email is important and is being sent to those who do not wish to receive it as well.\" will be added to the beginning of the body of the email.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/learningbox.online\/wp-content\/uploads\/how-to-use\/management\/en\/en_news_email_individual06.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><span class=\"swl-fz u-fz-l\">04.
