Users can choose to receive only important notification e-mails.

Settings by User<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

01. Go to the profile page<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the upper right corner of the screen, click on Account Name > \"Change Profile\".<\/p>\n\n\n\n

02. Receiving Settings<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tick the box under the Email address to receive notifications.
Save the settings when complete.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Settings by Admin<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

01. Edit user<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Go to Manage users and click the gear icon on the user you want to edit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tick the box under the Email address to receive notifications.
Save the settings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Batch setting by CSV<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

01. Download user information<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Click the \"+\" icon in the upper left corner of the Manage users > Batch operation (CSV) > Download users<\/p>\n\n\n\n

02. Edit CSV<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can set whether the user receives unimportant notification emails.
Enter \"On\" to receive, or \"Off\" to not receive.
*If you left blank, it will automatically be set to \"On.\"<\/p>\n\n\n\n

03. Batch registration\/update<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Click the \"+\" icon in the upper left corner of the Manage users > Batch Operation (CSV) > Batch user registration\/update<\/p>\n\n\n\n

04. Upload CSV<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Drag and drop the edited CSV file into the gray area or select it from the Choose File.\n
Click \"Upload and check\" to execute.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The following window will be displayed.
For newly added users, invitation emails can be sent. Note that this setting will not be applied to the updates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After completing the settings, click on the Execute.
The registration process runs in the background.
The status of processing can be checked in the panel displayed in the lower left corner of the page or in the \"Background processing\" in the side menu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

01. Go to Manage notifications<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the side menu, click on Notifications > Manage Notifications<\/p>\n\n\n\n

02. Create new<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Click on \"Create\" in the upper right corner of the page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When you want to notify users as important, tick the box next to \"Notify this email as important.\"
*Tick \"Send email notification\" to activate Noify this email as important.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Notification emails will be sent regardless of the settings by users.
Also, the sentence, \"*This email is important and is being sent to those who do not wish to receive it as well.\" will be added to the beginning of the body of the email.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
