When an e-mail is sent from the learningBOX to the owner Admin or users, the date and time of the transmission will be automatically recorded in a list.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

01. Go to Email log<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Go to \"Notifications\" on the side menu > \"Email log\"
The following page will be displayed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The items displayed are as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Transmission date: The date and time when the e-mail was sent.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Sender ID: ID of the sender of the e-mail.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Recipient ID: The ID of the email recipient.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • TO: The email address of the recipient.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    When you click the + icon, the the following items will be displayed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Subject: Subject of email.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Status: The status of the email sent.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      02. Search<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      You can search the email logs at the top of the page.
      The following items are available:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      You can specify what to search for in the search bar.
      Tick the items you wish to search.

      \u25bcTransmission date<\/strong>
      You can specify the date and time by clicking on the start or end date.

      \u25bc Search<\/strong>
      You can search by entering keywords related to the items specified in the Filters.

      \u25bcDelivery status<\/strong>
      You can search by the status of the sent emails.
