Edit<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can create a new \"default_footer\" template or edit it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/learningbox.online\/wp-content\/uploads\/how-to-use\/management\/en\/en_management_commonitemsettings_01-1536x100.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u25bcCreate new template<\/strong><br>1. Select a language from the list.<br>The list will be shown under the Supported languages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/learningbox.online\/wp-content\/uploads\/how-to-use\/management\/en\/en_management_emailsettings_07.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The Supported languages is linked to each user's language settings on the Manage users page.<br>*For more details, refer to&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/support.learningbox.online\/en\/how-to-use\/user-registration\/\">&nbsp;Add user<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>When a language is not selected, or other than Japanese and English are selected, the Common template will be applied.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>When Japanese is selected, the Japanese template will be applied.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>When English is selected, the English template will be applied.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Enter text.<br>The \"Revert\" button allows you to go back to the default.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/learningbox.online\/wp-content\/uploads\/how-to-use\/management\/en\/en_management_commonitemsettings_05-768x454.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>To add an item, select the item from the list at the top and click \"Add.\"<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/learningbox.online\/wp-content\/uploads\/how-to-use\/mail\/en\/en_settings_commonitemsettings_06.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>5.
