Course size limits

You can limit the data volume of content that can be registered in a course.

Instructions

01. Open the settings page

Select Manage contents in the side menu.
Click on the "︙" icon for the course in question and select "Course Capacity Limit".

02. Set the course limit

The following window will appear.
Tick the box and enter the number.
Select "MB/GB" from the list, and save the setting.

Important

After setting the course capacity limit, if adding or duplicating new content will cause the data capacity to be exceeded, you will not be able to register
It is not possible to convert a course with a capacity limit into a folder and move it to another course
When moving another course into a folder within a course with a capacity limit, or moving content within another course, if the capacity limit of the destination course is exceeded, the content cannot be moved.

Check storage in use

You can check the total data storage used in the Manage contents and in each course.
