Learner enrollment - EC function

There are two main ways to register learners in the EC function.
　(1) How to invite learners by registering on the administrator's side
　(2) Method of registering as a member on the learner's side and having the administrator approve the membership.

How to register on the administrator's side

Configure the settings on the user management screen.

How to register as a member on the learner's side

The learner registers using the registration button on the pre-log in screen.
