Prerequisites

You can set requirements to move on to the next content in a course.
e.g.) Certificate will be given only to the learners who pass the exam. etc.

Steps

01. Create a course

First, create a course in the Manage contents.
*To find how to create a course, refer to Course/Folder.

02. Add prerequisite

Click on a course you created.
In the upper left corner of the screen, select "+ New" > "Clear Conditions".

03. Go to group role settings

When you create a clear condition, it will be added to the bottom of the course.
To edit the content, select the "︙" icon > "Edit Clear Conditions".

04. Settings

Select one from the following prerequisites:

  1. Clear when passed: Clear when the study status of the target content is displayed as "Study Completed, Answer Completed, Passed, or Study Exempted".
  2. Clear when submitted/completed: Clear when the study status of the target content is displayed as one of the following: Study Completed, Answer Completed, Awaiting Grading, Passed, Study Exempted, Failed, or Implemented.
  3. Viewed and cleared: The learning status of the target content is cleared once it displays as anything other than "Unlearned."
  4. Acquire badge: Learners can move on to the next content when one or more badges are acquired.
  5. Clear without learning: Learning of folders/contents prior to the clear condition becomes optional and is not included in the learning rate

05. Select content

Set which contents are subject to the clear condition when "Clear when passed," "Clear when submitted/completed," or "Clear when viewed" is selected for the above condition.
Select All or specify content.

06. Select badge

When Acquire badge is selected, specify the badge for the prerequisites.

07. Add badge for the prerequisites

Tick "Add badge to the prerequisites" and select the badge(s).

08. Change the color of prerequisite bar

The default text color of the prerequisite bar is white, and the background is light blue. To change the colors, tick "Change the color of prerequisite bar."
Then, a field will appear where you can set the text/background color.
Each should be done in a pop-up that opens by clicking on the color box.

You can reset the settings by clicking the Reset button.

09. Move prerequisite bar

To reorder the contents, click on the "Reorder Course Contents" link in the upper right corner of the screen to open it.

10. User interface

You cannot proceed to the next content because you have not met the requirements.

11. Check the requirements to pass

Click on "Check the requirements to pass."

12. When the condition is met

Once you meet the requirements, you can proceed to the next content.
