Gear icon in Manage scores

Gear icon in Manage scores allows you to set the advanced settings regarding grades.

List (Grade roster)

The following settings are available.

• Display Settings
• Invalid users
• Result display settings
• Display settings before study starts

Display Settings

You can select items to display.
Tick the items you want to display.
Depending on the management roles, different items can be selected.
Check the items as follows:

• Users assigned as Grade manager(Edit): items displayed on the "My grades," "List," and "Report" pages
• Users assigned as Grade manager(View): items displayed on the "My grades" and "List" pages
• Users without any roles: items displayed on the "My grades" page

Invalid users

You can show/hide grades of users whose status is "Invalid."

Result display settings

You can show/hide My grades and Progress record.
Turn on the toggle key to show them.
*Regardless of the setting, an admin and user(s) assigned as Grade manager can check them both from the side menu.

Display settings before study starts

You can choose whether or not to display grades in the "Before Study Start" status on the Gradebook screen.
*This menu is displayed only on the "List" tab of the Grade Management screen.

What is before the start of the study?
A grade that is completed without starting the study after clicking on the content in the course details screen.
(If an operation test is set, this applies to cases where the operation test ends without also starting.)

When the toggle is set to On, the following settings are made

• Grades for the "before study begins" status are displayed.
• The status of "Before Study Start" is displayed in the "Study Status" pull-down.

*This information is only displayed on the "List" tab of the Grade Management screen.

　

 Deletion of Grades

On the "List" tab of the Grade Management screen, you can filter and delete grades with a status of "Before Start of Study" from the "Study Status" pull-down.

*This function is intended to be used only in case of trouble, such as when communication problems occur during the implementation of content with a limit on the number of lessons. Therefore, please set "Display before study starts" to "Off" normally.

　

 Email Notification Function / CSV Output

If you select only the "Before Study Start" status, the e-mail notification function and CSV output are not available.
It is available when selected in conjunction with other statuses, but "Before Study Start" grade information will not be included.
