Manage stakeholders

You can register and manage individuals associated with a product, seminar, training, or curriculum.
For example, using the eCommerce feature, anyone involved in producing content or managing sales can be registered as a stakeholder.
Registering them enables you to allocate a portion of product sales revenue to them.

Types of stakeholders

There are three types of stakeholders, depending on the role.

・ Instructor
・ Host
・ Users who passed

Registering stakeholders

Here are the instructions on how to register stakeholders.

01. Open the Manage stakeholders page

In the side menu, select Manage stakeholders.

02. Open the registration screen

To the right of Stakeholders, click Add stakeholders.

03. Settings

The following page will appear.
Below is an explanation of each setting item.
Note that items marked with an asterisk (*) are required.

▼ Category
Select the appropriate category/categories.

▼ Name
Enter the name of the stakeholders.

▼Profile image
You can set a profile image for the stakeholder.
To add an image, upload a file via the cloud icon or enter a media URL via the link icon.

▼ Summary
You can customize the summary description that appears on the product details page.

▼ Details
Clicking Details within the stakeholder introduction on the product details page opens their full profile view.
You can customize the detailed description that will be displayed on the screen.

For admin

▼ ID code
Assign a unique ID code to the stakeholder.

▼ Account linkage
Stakeholders can be linked to an existing user account registered in Manage users.
Select an account from the drop-down menu.

▼Set default share (0-100)
Set the default sales percentage to automatically allocate to the stakeholder.

 Note

To feature stakeholders or distribute revenue on a specific product, seminar, training, or curriculum page (*products/seminars only), you must assign them within their respective management screens.
