Detailed setting of publication period <Operation in Content Management (old)

Suppose a user who has the authority to assign content to a specific group sets a "publication period" for a certain content. If the "publication period" has already been set for a group other than the user's own, this function allows the user to set whether or not the user will be able to see that information.

Settings

01. Go to the Manage contents

Select Manage contents on the side menu.
Select the gear icon in the upper left corner of the screen > "Advanced Publication Period Settings".

02. Share deadlines

The following window will be displayed.
Turn on the toggle key to show the deadlines to Content managers who do not have the management roles to the content.

User interface

Now, let me explain how it will be displayed in the "Publication Period".

01. Conditions

The content named Test has been assigned to the Sales group with the Access period.

Another Content manager assigned to the Sales group is trying to set a new Access period.

02. Go to the Access period

Go to the Manage contents with the account of the Content manager above.
Click on the Access priod icon on the Test.

03. Interface

Upcoming training can be displayed on the Settings.

▼ When the toggle key is set to On
The Content manager does not have the permission to the group but the content will be shown.

▼When the toggle key is set to Off
The Content manager does not have the permission to the group, and the content will not be shown either.
