Export statistics

Statistics can be exported based on the selected template.
This section explains how to register templates and export statistics.

Attention

Each management role is required for the following actions.

  • Statistics settings: Co-admin
  • Export statistics: Grade manager (Edit/View)

Statistics settings

You can register and manage templates to export statistics.

Required

Management role of Co-admin

01. Open the setting page

In the side menu, select "System settings" > "Settings."
Click on "Go to Templates" in the "Statistics settings" section.

02. Download sample template

The following page will appear.
First, download a sample template.
You can edit the template to be registered.

The following window will appear.
Select a template type to download.

  • Learning History for a Single Course or Folder: From the screen that appears after selecting a group and content on the “Record” screen, you can export the learning history for a single course or folder as a report.
  • Learning History for Multiple Courses: From the course list screen that appears after selecting a group on the “Medical Record” screen, you can export the learning history for multiple courses as a report.
  • Questionnaire results: Generates statistics of compiled questionnaire results from the "By content" page in Manage grades.
  • Results of Quiz/Exam: Generates statistics of quiz and exam performance from the "By content" page in Manage grades.
  • Video view history: Generates statistics of video viewing logs from the "By content" page in Manage grades.

03. Keys to insert

Keys to insert to statistics can be checked.
Click on "Keys to insert."

The following window will appear.
Select a template type from the dropdown menu.

The available keys for the selected template will be listed.

04. Customize template

You can customize templates.
Edit the templates with reference to "03. Keys to insert."
For more details on how to edit templates, refer to Create statistics template.

05. Register template

After the template is complete editing, register it.
Click on "+ Register template."

The following window will appear.
Select a template type and fill in the form.
Upload your template from "Choose File."
Also, set whether to use the template in the Availablity of report templates.
Save the settings.

Note

If you select Questionnare results, Results of Quiz/Exam, or Video viewing history for the template type, a pull-down for Assigned content will appear. Select the content to export statistics (multiple selections are available).
*Displays only content you have permission to edit or view.
You cannot select a questionnaire in html format.

Attention

If an insert key that does not exist for the selected template type, the file cannot be uploaded.

06. Template Listing

Registered templates will be listed.
*Up to 100 templates can be registered.

07. Action

Click the "︙" icon in the Action column.

You can edit the template.
To find how to edit the template, refer to the registration section.
*You cannot change the template type.

▼Download template
You can download registered templates.

▼ Delete
You can delete registered templates.

Export statistics

The content exported varies depending on the template type.
The following explain each type.

Required

Management role of Grade manager (Edit/View)

Export in Progress record

On the "Group" tab of the "Student Record" screen, you can generate reports for "Learning History for a Single Course or Folder" and "Learning History for Multiple Courses."
*For more details on how to use Progress records, refer to Progress record.

01. Go to Progress record

In the side menu, select "Manage grades" > "Progress record"

02. Export statistics

The sections from which reports can be generated vary depending on the type.

▼Learning History for Multiple Courses
On the "Group" tab of the "Medical Records" screen, click "Details" for the group you want to export.
Click "Report Output" in the upper-right corner of the open course/folder list screen.
*You cannot generate reports from the "All Users" details screen.

When you click the "Print Report" button, the screen shown below will appear.
First, for Step 1, please check the box next to the course you're interested in.
*The maximum number of courses multiplied by the number of users is 5,000.

When you click "Next," the screen shown below will appear.
For Step 2, please select a form template from the drop-down menu.

Also, when you click “Output Conditions,” the following content will expand.
Here, you can specify the conditions for generating reports for items such as "Learning Rate" and "User Status."
Once you have finished configuring the settings, click "Output."

▼Learning History for a Single Course or Folder
On the "Group" tab of the "Medical Records" screen, click "Details" for the group you want to export.
On the Open Courses/Folders list screen, select the course or folder you want.
On the open screen, select "Operations" > "Report Output" on the right.

The following window will appear.
After checking the “Group/Course Folder/Output Conditions,” select the desired option from the “Report Template” drop-down menu and click “Output.”
You can export course/folder enrollment data for a selected group.
*The file will be downloaded using the criteria specified in "Filter."

Export by content

In the "Scores" tab of the "By content" page, you can export statistics regarding Questionnaire results, Results of Quiz/Exam, or Video viewing history.
*For more details about how to use "By content," refer to By contents.

01. Select "By content"

In the side menu, select "Manage grades" > "Per content"

02. Select content

On the "By content" page, click on the content to export statistics.
Select the "Scores" tab.

03. Export statistics

On the right side of the screen, click on "Export statistics."
Select a template from the list, and click on "Export."
Course information for each content will be exported.
*For anonymous surveys, personally identifiable fields will be displayed with "********".

Attention

The following questionnaires cannot be exported as statistics.

  • Questionnaire that is not the target content of the template
  • Questionnaire in html format
