Report assignment
You can create report assignments.
Learners can submit the assignment by entering text or uploading a file(s).
Create report assignment
01. Create a course
First, create a course.
*For more details, refer to Course/Folder.
02. Open the creation form
Click on the course you have created.
Click the "+" icon > Content > Report assignment
03. Title
Enter a title.
04. Details
Enter a question text for the assignment.
Also, you can customize the font size/color, etc.
Insert image
STEP1: Click on the image icon.
STEP2: Click on the upload icon.
STEP3: Drag and drop the file you want to insert.
Double-click on the file.
STEP4: Set the description and image size, and save it.
The image will be inserted as shown below.
05. Attachment
Images and video files can also be uploaded.
*You can upload up to 5 files.
06. Submission type
The following submission types are available.
▼ Entry
Learners input their answers on learningBOX.
Select one from the following:
Text and other options
Text, images, website URLs and more options are available.
Text only
Only text entries are available.
In addition, please set the minimum/maximum number of characters allowed for responses.
Handwriting
Learners can write answers on the screen.
Select the frame size of handwriting from the list.
▼File Upload
This submission type allows learners to upload files.
Select the maximum file upload size.
Tick the box(es) to select the file type(s) for the submission.
07. Grading
You can select the way to grade the submission.
*For more details, refer to Grade report assignment.
The items to be set differ depending on the selection made under "Scoring Method/Evaluation Method.

▼ Scoring System
You can choose from the following three scoring methods.
(1) Scored by the administrator
The administrator will manually grade, pass/fail, and return reports.
(2) Scored by administrator + AI report analysis
AI report analysis assists managers with manual scoring.
(3) AI scoring
AI will automatically grade, pass/fail, and return reports.
When using "Scored by Administrator + AI Report Analysis" or "AI Scoring",
You must select "Text Entry" under "How to Submit Assignments."
▼ Evaluation Method
You can choose from the following two valuation methods
(1) Degree of similarity with model answers
This method creates model answers in advance and determines the degree of similarity based on AI analysis.
(2) Rubric evaluation
This method measures the level of learning achievement by arranging the evaluation perspectives (evaluation items) on the vertical axis and the level (achievement level) in each perspective on the horizontal axis, and using a table showing the evaluation criteria based on these perspectives.

▼Passing Score
You can set a passing score for the report assignment.
Note that only integers between 0 and 1000 can be set.
*If you use "AI Scoring" in the scoring system, you must set a passing score.
AI report analysis
AI analyzes the submitted answer and assists in grading.
If you tick the "Analyze upon report receipt" box, the AI report analysis will be performed as soon as the user submits the report.
When un-ticked, AI will start analyzing the submission by clicking the Analyze the report assignment button.

You can select a language from Japanese, English, or Vietnamese.
▼ Model answer
Enter a model answer so that AI can analyze the submitted answer.
*Only text can be set as a model answer.
The maximum number of characters that can be entered is 3000, and no blank spaces are allowed.
You can preview the analyzed feedback.
Enter the submission preview and click on the blue button.
The number of times to use "AI Report Analysis" is limited depending on your plan.
Note that each "Analysis Preview" will be counted as a usage count.

rubric evaluation
You can set up each item to be used in the rubric evaluation.
▼ Perspectives of Evaluation
Enter the name of the perspective to be evaluated (max. 60 characters).
*Duplication with other perspectives is not allowed.
▼ Description
Please enter a description of your perspective.
▼ Rating Level
Please make settings for the following items.
(1) Score: Enter the score for each level of the perspective (between 0 and 100).
(2) Level: Please enter the name of the level of the evaluation criteria (maximum 20 characters).
(iii) Evaluation Criteria: Please enter the evaluation criteria for each level for each perspective (200 characters max.).
④︙: You can duplicate/delete each level.
⑤+Add: You can add levels (between 2 and 5).
Scores/levels/evaluation criteria cannot be duplicated within the same perspective.
▼▼︙(Edit Perspective menu)
Click "︙" in the upper right corner of each perspective to display the following menu.
Reproduction: The viewpoint can be reproduced.
Move up: The viewpoint in question can be moved up one position.
Move Down: The viewpoint in question can be moved down one level.
Deletion: The viewpoint can be deleted.
▼ + additional evaluation perspectives
Additional perspectives can be added (up to 10).
Automatic generation by AI
Click on "Create Rubric with AI" and the following pop-up will appear.
Here you can set the rubric theme and the number of perspectives/levels of evaluation, and click "Generate".
Based on the settings, AI automatically generates rubric ratings.
To use this service, you must subscribe to a Standard or higher plan.
Confirmation on the part of the learner
The results of the rubric evaluation can be viewed on the Grade Details screen.
Permission to resubmit reports
If you tick the "Allow resubmission of reports" box, you will be able to choose whether or not to allow users to resubmit reports when grading them.
Note to Grader
Messages can be displayed on the screen where reports are graded.
Also, you can customize the font size/color, etc.

Click on "Manage content."

Right-click on the content or click on the gear icon > Edit
