This function is specialized for managing courses, including creating / duplicating / reordering / deleting study courses.
Required
Content Manager (Edit/View)
Content management viewing privileges only allow users to view information on courses subject to the privileges, but not to perform editing operations.
Create a course
Required

Click on "+Create New Course" in the upper left corner of the screen to display the following menu.
Course
You can create a new course.
Click on the pop-up below to enter the course title and save it.
Course (automatically generated by AI)
AI (ChatGPT-API) will automatically generate a course just by uploading videos and PDFs to learningBOX.

learningBOX ON (JPN only)
You can use the free content already available in the learningBOX.

View and Edit Menu
01. Listing of courses
Courses you have created will be listed.
You can also check information on the number of contents and capacity of each course.
The "Refine Search" at the top of the screen allows you to narrow down the display by specifying course criteria.

02. Check the contents in the course
Click on each course to see a list of folders and contents within the course.
You can also click "Go to Course Management (Beta)" or browser back to return to the Course Management (Beta) screen.

03. Edit Course menu
Click on the ︙ icon to the right of each course to open the Edit Course menu.

04. Delete in bulk
Multiple courses can be deleted at once by ticking the checkbox to the left of each course (*multiple selections are possible) and clicking "Collectively Operate > Delete Selected Items".
05. Storage Usage
Storage usage can be checked by clicking on "00GB Used" in the upper right corner of the screen.

01. Open the screen for sorting by course management order.
Click on "Sort Course Management Order" in the upper right corner of the screen.
02. Sorting Method
The following screen will open
Click and hold the "⋮⋮" icon on the course to be moved and drag and drop it.
Alternatively, you can click on the "︙" icon to the right of each course and click on "Move to Top/Move to Bottom".
When settings are complete, click "Save Sort".
Click "Return to Course Management Top" to return to the TOP screen of Course Management (beta).

The following is an explanation of each of the menus that appear by clicking on "Other Settings" in the upper right corner of the screen.
Basic video settings

You can select video speed, resolution, format, etc.

Content management editing privileges (for all content) + settings page access privileges
You can select if Content managers (Assign) can view the Release period of groups which they do not have a permission to.

Manage generator version

Versions can be specified by content type.
Select the version.
Click "Save" at the bottom of the page.
Batch conversion of content versions

Versions can be converted in batch for each content type.

Grade analysis can be more specified by using assessment tags for quizzes/exams.
