Use in employee training
This section provides an overview of the flow and setup items when conducting employee training using the learningBOX.
This section is divided into tabs to explain what each actor will do for each phase from preconfiguration to after the start of operation to when a problem occurs.
The training programs are broadly classified into the following two categories
- Mandatory training: Any training that must be conducted throughout a department or job category to improve the knowledge and skills directly required for the job.
- Publicly solicited training: Self-supporting training focused on the skills and knowledge you want to develop by inviting employees who wish to participate.
Public training will use the "training function" of the learningBOX.
This allows us to build a flow of training applications from the employee side.
*Training function is available as a paid option. Customizationcontract is required.

Anti-Fraud Measures
Measures can be implemented to prevent fraud during the examination, such as impersonation of examinees and cheating.
Specifically, the following three settings are available
- Facial authentication: AI authenticates examinees before the exam to preventing impersonation.
- Browser monitoring: warns and can force termination of the test if full screen is released, another tab or browser is moved, or the mouse pointer is moved to a different monitor during the test
- Photo capturing: Examinees' behaviors during the exam will be captured and stored.
Facial authentication and photo capturing require a Standard or above plan.
