Use at schools and cram schools
This section provides an overview of the flow and setup items for implementing learning activities at schools and cram schools using the learningBOX.
This section is divided into tabs to explain what each actor will do for each phase from preconfiguration to after the start of operation to when a problem occurs.
Learning activities are broadly classified into the following two categories
▼Regular classes, supplementary lessons, and preparation for regular tests
School-led learning activities provided to students, such as delivery of course materials, periodic testing, and homework management in line with class content
▼Individually optimized learning and student independence
Learning activities that emphasize student independence, such as learning according to each student's proficiency level, repetitive learning to overcome difficulties, and self-study
How to set
Before you start operating the learningBOX, make the necessary settings.
Personal Information Preferences
Set up what items will be used as student registration information.
Here, you can set the initial registration items and the items to be edited after the start of use, respectively.

Consideration of server load
If a large number of simultaneous accesses are anticipated, such as simultaneous tests or classes starting at the same time, the number of simultaneous accesses should also be considered.

After operation
This is the operational phase of learning activities that actually utilize the learningBOX.
Creation/management of teaching materials
Create teaching materials with the Content Management function. First, create a course for each subject or unit, and then upload educational materials in various formats such as videos, PDFs, reports, quizzes/tests, etc. within the course, which can be centrally managed online.

Wide variety of question types
Set a learning requirement: "Complete all the material and you will be eligible to take the quiz/test."
Within the study course, "Clear Conditions" will be placed between the various materials and quizzes/tests created above.

Materials can be sent out according to pass/fail.
Flexibility is available, for example, to give a follow-up exam to those who fail the test.

voice input problem
Voice input questions can be created for quiz and test questions, in which the learner directly records his/her voice and submits it.
Submitted audio files can be played back directly in Grade Control to review the content.
Anti-Fraud Measures
Measures can be implemented to prevent fraud during the examination, such as impersonation of examinees and cheating.
Specifically, the following three settings are available
- Facial authentication: AI authenticates examinees before the exam to preventing impersonation.
- Browser monitoring: warns and can force termination of the test if full screen is released, another tab or browser is moved, or the mouse pointer is moved to a different monitor during the test
- Photo capturing: Examinees' behaviors during the exam will be captured and stored.
Facial authentication and photo capturing require a Standard or above plan.
*For more details, refer to Pricing.
Assignment of teaching materials
Assign each of the materials and study courses you have created to the grades/classes/groups you wish to enroll students in.
There are two ways to assign this one: from content management or from user management.

Checking learning progress and urging students to take courses
The progress of students' learning can be monitored in real time. This supports early approaches to students who are behind in their studies and helps them maintain motivation to achieve their goals.

Check grade logs
In addition, an e-mail can be sent to students who have not completed their coursework, reminding them to take the course.

Managing Grades
Exemptions can be set up for training courses that students are not required to attend.
It is also possible for the administrator to delete a student's grades.
The system can be used to implement the "evaluation by viewpoint" ("knowledge and skills," "thinking, judgment, and expression," and "independent attitude toward learning") in accordance with the revised Courses of Study from the 2022 academic year. The system can analyze grades according to the perspectives set in the questions, enabling a detailed understanding of each student's strengths and weaknesses, leading to individually optimized instruction and assignments.

Deletion of Grades
If a "tag" is set for each web test question, the results will be tabulated by tag.
It is possible to analyze each student's strengths/struggles, which is difficult to understand from scores alone.
In addition, the system can be used to evaluate the students' knowledge and skills, thinking, judgment, and expression, as well as their attitudes toward independent learning, in accordance with the revision of the Courses of Study starting in 2022.
